SNOW HANDS GABU THE STUPID BOT.
Recurring-event maintenance is already shared labor. Snow cannot remember the fix and asks Gabu to take a run at it.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βthe map already exists. now the Platelets get a playground and everybody starts documenting the house.
The year is not just Tour β Biodata β Voice Challenge. Every month has a social or institutional scene: bot maintenance, Wall memory, hockey marriage law, ambient Club-Only, visual submissions, onboarding, pets, and the first manual QOTD prehistory.
Recurring-event maintenance is already shared labor. Snow cannot remember the fix and asks Gabu to take a run at it.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βA piece of real-life identity arrives in exactly the UL register it deserves: self-deprecation first, biography second.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βThe Wall is already active in the surviving August 2020 archive. By March 2021, Ren is using it as recognition: `*one of us*`; minutes later, `Tae has become one of us`.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βAlkey's hockey life immediately gets converted into fake domestic law because this is still Underlords.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βThe recovered MayβAugust 2021 Club-Only corpus is no longer an occasional coordination room. May is part of a sustained everyday social run: people simply keep coming back.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βThis is a coverage receipt, not a fabricated quote.
The Tour itself is already operational in 2020, but June 6 is where the dedicated surviving transcript begins. By now the building requires reusable directions.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βExport start is not creation date.
By July, the 2021 Photo Submissions program is running partner prompts and tutorials. UL is making visual self-presentation into something people do together rather than a passive profile choice.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βOnboarding language now assumes a house with a map, a guide, and enough structure that getting lost is a normal newcomer problem.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βMugen opens Biodata by popular request. Dozens of profiles arrive almost immediately. The cast is now documenting itself on purpose.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βOne week after Voice Challenge starts, Gilli opens Pet Cafe. The server's social map now includes everybody's animals too.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βDaylight Saving Time breaks the event schedule and Sye publicly tells Staff who is fixing it. Invisible maintenance becomes visible for one very funny sentence.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βBefore the dedicated QOTD channel's 2022 run, Gilli is already manually posting morning questions wrapped in food-and-smile reminders. The ritual exists before the machine gets its own room.
FOLLOW THE RECEIPTS βThe chronology tells you what happened. These are the surviving bits that make the year argue back.
The month chronicle keeps the year from turning into six milestones. These are the larger patterns the archive supports after the scenes are back in view.
Daycare appears April 25. Within minutes Ansun is posting little-kid furniture, Cookie is calling it "day care for the kids", and people are claiming chairs. The next morning Gilli drops off the Platelets and says their "Absent father" Jas will collect them later. 2021 is not merely labeling the server. The labels are becoming rooms people can actually inhabit.
Ansun tells a newcomer that Daycare is mainly for Platelets to hang out without being called babies all the time, then explains the name with *Cells at Work*. A minor-role assignment has now acquired its own room, its own family jokes and its own native explanation.
June 6 is when the **dedicated Tour transcript we still have** begins, not when UL invented directions. Louvre now pushes the cross-room evidence back to August 15, 2020: Mugs says "in the meantime i made a map QwQ", links the Tour, and adds "for the lost souls". The next day Announcements is already routing lost people there; August 19 Lobby calls it the "server map". So 2021's story is not "the guild suddenly acquires guided tourism". The map is inherited infrastructure. What 2021 adds is a surviving Tour text record beside Biodata, Photo Submissions and Voice Challenge until the house is documenting both the building and the tenants.
Mugs opens Biodata "by popular request" and roughly thirty-eight profiles land in the first three days. Apparently everybody had been waiting for official permission to become their own wiki article before the Wall did it for them.
Voice Challenge starts October 17. Photo Submissions is already making people visually recognizable. PR is collecting the things everybody makes. The cast now has names, pictures, voices and enough surviving material to become everybody else's future problem.
Gilli opens "πΎβpet-cafe" with "Pet palace is now open uwu drop your pets off here". It sounds like a tiny side room because it is a tiny side room. That is precisely why it matters later: one low-stakes place for animal photos survives long enough to become a four-and-a-half-year record of homes, routines, care, recurring pets, and grief. UL is beginning to build rooms whose usefulness has almost nothing to do with Dragon Raja objectives.
UL spends the year making everybody easier to recognize and somehow never becomes less confusing.
The final surviving Club Rules post is June 4, 2021, and the surviving UL Discord Tour begins June 6, 2021.
Biodata opened September 5, 2021 `by popular request`; by September 6 a Lobby welcome was already routing a role-assigned newcomer there for introductions.
During September and October 2021, multiple greeters including Mugen, Gilli, Gabu, and Anayss independently preserved the Biodata/Tour onboarding handoff in Lobby messages.
The surviving Voice Challenge channel begins October 17, 2021.
The 2021 Photo Submissions export is fully recovered with transcript and media available.
Taken together, these artifacts support reading 2021 as a shift toward explicit onboarding and member legibility rather than simply raw membership growth.
The Daycare channel appears on April 25, 2021; the first surviving message follows within seconds and the opening minutes immediately frame the room around children/Platelets.
On May 21, 2021, Ansun explicitly defined Daycare as mainly a place for Platelets to hang out and explained the Platelet name as a Cells at Work reference.
On June 4, 2021, Gilli announced an `UNDERLORDS KAHOOT EVENT` after leadership planning. The announcement describes true/false and quick questions intended to test whether members `really know your club`, with prizes for top finishers.
The June 4 announcement carries original attachment ID 850534904202264576, archived as `image0-1c7177f7454b298f.gif`; the site syncs that exact artifact when the local archive asset root is available.
The first recovered Kahoot cycle opens after Defend Boss on June 5 and has winners announced June 6. A later July 15 Kahoot Pop Quiz ends with Sou saying UL will host more pop quizzes, and another Kahoot spelling challenge opens August 7.
The archive proves recurrence of the Kahoot format. It does not prove that every later pop quiz tested UL history or internal lore; the June 4 announcement is the receipt that explicitly says `see if you really know your club`.
By June 2021, UL had enough shared club knowledge to turn knowing the group into a planned, prize-bearing activity. This is an early self-documentation / self-recognition beat, not proof that the specific quiz questions have been reconstructed.
Interpretation is limited to the event's own framing. The site does not invent the unrecovered question set.
Gilli opened Pet Cafe on October 24, 2021 with `@Staff @VIP Pet palace is now open uwu drop your pets off here`.
The first surviving Photo Submissions message is Mugen's December 29, 2020 `NEW YEAR, NEW YOU!` January schedule, with separate submission, judging, and winner / next-theme dates.
This is the earliest currently recovered message boundary for the Photo Submissions channel, not a proven creation date for the channel or the photoshoot program.
On January 4, 2021, Anthos opened the January submissions in Announcements by asking `Could you be the face of Underlords next poster?` and directed members to Photo Submissions and Photoshoot Rules.
The source post has no attachment. The wording establishes an explicit poster-facing purpose for the launch; it does not prove that every photoshoot winner became a poster face.
By September through December 2021, Saber schedules preserve recurring photoshoot administration beside game events, including reminders to open submissions, upload example pictures, close submissions, and watch judging deadlines.
These are dated schedule entries created by people through Saber. They are evidence of recurring operational support, not proof that the photoshoot ran without human maintenance.
On December 22, 2021, Gabu / Drink water reminder pinned a reusable `Photoshoot Event commands` template in Saber Control for closing-submissions alerts, open-submission reminders, example-picture reminders, and judge-deadline reminders.
The dated claim comes from Gabu's message itself. Export-time role arrays beside her account are not used to infer a historical appointment or title.
Across the recovered year, Photo Submissions moves from a scheduled themed contest explicitly tied to the next Underlords poster into a repeatable program whose administrative cycle has reusable bot-command templates.
This is an institutional reading of dated launch and maintenance receipts. It does not establish the exact origin date of the program, a fully automated workflow, or a formal media appointment for any contributor.
On August 7, 2020, Snow's Club Conduct tells members not to include personal details or links to Facebook or other social accounts with their real name, adding that a mobile-game Discord should be treated with `some self-security in that regard`.
This is written self-security guidance in Snow's Club Conduct. It does not prove universal compliance, a formal cybersecurity program, or when that guidance first existed.
On February 1, 2021, Gilli followed an explicitly uncertain forwarded hacker warning with her own practical rule: `do not accept friend requests from someone you do not know/have not spoken to` and `be careful who you accept from other clubs`.
The preceding forwarded warning (message 805836312170201128) says `Whether it's real or not its better safe then sorry`. History does not validate the forwarded names, IP-address claims, or hacker rumor; it dates Gilli's authored follow-up (message 805836775289257996) as practical trust/social-graph guidance.
On August 25, 2021, Gabu warned `@everyone` that compromised Discord accounts were being used to spread `free nitro` links and told members to be careful and stay safe.
Message 880101698679488512 establishes that free-Nitro / compromised-account phishing was already being discussed inside UL by this date. It does not prove the first such incident, that a UL account had been compromised, or any appointment chronology from the export-time roles beside Gabu's account.
On October 17, 2021, Mugen warned Staff and VIP about a fake Discord Nitro link after receiving three messages from a friend's account. She flags both a social mismatch β `this person does not call me bro` β and the spoofed `dlscord` domain, then says the sender confirmed that friend's account had been hacked.
The hacked account is described as a friend's account. History does not upgrade that into a claim that an Underlords member account was compromised. The August 25 Gabu warning also means October 17 is not presented as UL's first awareness of free-Nitro phishing.
Mugen's October 17 warning carries original attachment ID 899299923093250048 (`am.JPG`), archived as `am-75b47608393e8b97.JPG`; the production media sync already maps that exact source artifact to `nitro-scam-am.jpg`.
Forty minutes after Mugen's warning, Gabu tells the room to watch for look-alike domains such as `dlscorcl`, `discordc`, and `disc0rd`.
On October 19, Gilli says the morning's pings came from one of those links being clicked and instructs members that if another suspicious link is dropped, `please tag an officer so that they can handle it and everyone can stay safe`; one minute later she posts an original Discord screenshot attachment.
The recovered messages do not identify who clicked the link or establish what account-level consequences followed. History keeps the claim at incident response and escalation.
On November 22, Nelph warns Staff about a `new type of scam`, tells them not to click a link or image until it has loaded, and says `Reminder to turn your 2FA on to protect your account.` The warning carries original attachment ID 912585110061203486 (`unknown-32-12-1.png`), archived as `unknown-32-12-1-205310504c82cc4f.png`.
The dated message content and exact attachment join are the evidence. Export-time role arrays beside Nelph are not used to infer a staff/officer appointment or title chronology.
Three minutes later, Nelph gives the setup path for the safeguard: `profile > account > enable 2FA and follow the instructions!`
Across 2021, the safety practice becomes more specific: February reduces exposure to unknown social-graph contacts; August warns about compromised accounts spreading free-Nitro bait; October gives a concrete friend-account incident with behavioral and URL diagnosis plus officer escalation; November adds explicit 2FA hardening.
This is an institutional continuity reading of dated warnings. It is not a claim that the February forwarded rumor was true, that every incident followed one formal procedure, or that UL adopted a written cybersecurity policy.
Read across the two years, UL's safety practice widens from limiting identity exposure in Snow's 2020 self-security guidance to protecting the social graph, recognizing compromised-account phishing, diagnosing impersonation, escalating suspicious links, and hardening accounts with 2FA in 2021.
This is a continuity reading of dated guidance and incident-response receipts. It does not claim that the 2020 Club Conduct directly caused the 2021 scam response or that UL had a single formal cybersecurity program spanning both years.
