History leads with Charge 8 because Snow explicitly parenthesizes `Discord Chat, World Chat, Club Chat` as `public record` inside the mock-code. That is evidence of record-conscious language in JAG, not proof of a formal 2020 archival program, a retention policy, actual enforcement, or the origin of the later UL archive project. “WE ARE IN NO WAY A MILITARY ORGANIZATION”
Snow, 🚔 JAG, August 7, 2020: “Gathering my thoughts here will post and add descriptions later.”
Then: “We are in no way a military organization” — inside the opening paragraph of what becomes a twenty-four-charge YEET framework.
Great disclaimer. Unfortunately the next several messages have charges for mutiny, spies, false statements, obstruction, retaliation, and child endangerment.
BEFORE THE WIG: GO OUTSIDE
Snow, same room, same day: “Real-life takes priority.”
“Be kind to new players. We were all new once.”
“Spend time with family and friends and get some sunshine sometimes!”
That is the funny part nobody should lose under the legal cosplay. The first version is basically: tell us when life gets busy, do not be cruel, protect your personal information, and please remember the sun exists.
THE COURT RECOGNIZES TEA AND RECEIPTS
Charge 6 contains the phrase “Mugens peaceful tea time.”
Charge 8: “public record (Discord Chat, World Chat, Club Chat)” — followed by a rule against hiding, removing, altering, or destroying it.
The same clown court has now protected tea service and the chat logs. Six years later we are building a website from those chat logs. Counsel would like this entered into the record.
CHARGE 14 IS DISMISSED BY THE VIDEO GAME
Snow: “14 Child endangerment.”
Snow, immediately afterward: “NEVERMIND thank you Dragon Raja for letting us endanger our kids and giving them guns.”
No further questions for the platform.
CHARGE 24 REMOVES THE WIG
August 8, 6:44 a.m.: “24 Be a decent human being.”
Then Snow says the thing the previous twenty-three counts were circling: “The other side of the screen has real people also.”
Twenty-three categories of clown law and the final answer is: there is a person over there. Act like it.
SIX DAYS LATER: FOR DUMMIES

Of course. Write the normal rules. Build the legal opera. Protect the receipts. Lose jurisdiction over armed children. Then make a readable cut because somebody eventually has to explain this to humans.

Open the actual JAG room, the dry source file,ULCC, the receipt problem, orSnow. The tea remains protected.
Snow's Club Conduct draft says real life takes priority, members should be kind to new players, personal information should be protected, and members should balance game time with family, friends, and outside life.
JAG Charge 8 names Discord Chat, World Chat, and Club Chat as public records and prohibits deliberate alteration, concealment, removal, or destruction.
The draft includes the phrase `Mugens peaceful tea time`, dismisses child endangerment because Dragon Raja gives in-game children guns, and ends with Charge 24 titled `Be a decent human being.`
On August 13, 2020, Mugen posted a `ULCC For Dummies Edition!` working draft in JAG and said all Officers could edit it as needed.
The surviving material is a working conduct framework; current material does not establish that every draft charge became final policy or was formally prosecuted.
