The surviving ULCC rules define Judgement as a club mute.
JUDGEMENT
you have been perceived
It is a mute. They called it Judgement. We are already done here.
WHAT IT DID
Temporarily shut down normal club participation. Moderation tool, not rank, title, ceremony, or anime finisher.
AND NO, THIS IS NOT "GROUNDED"
The archive eventually makes the distinction for us: actual punishment / serious situations use Arrested, while Grounded is playtime. Same household's criminal vocabulary. Very different stakes.
WHAT WE DO NOT HAVE YET
One universal step-by-step procedure across every era. Duration and exact officer workflow still need receipts.
So yes: club mute. No: we are not inventing the Supreme Court of UL.
Judgement belongs to UL's disciplinary framework rather than being a social rank or ceremonial title.
Grounded is separately described in the surviving archive as a playtime punishment, while actual punishment / serious situations use Arrested.
The currently migrated material does not establish a complete step-by-step Judgement procedure for every era.
