Six days later Mugs posts ULCC For Dummies Edition! and tells the Officers they can edit it. Normal rules → legal opera → readable cut. Nobody brought sacred tablets down a mountain. The clown court was shipping revisions.
AGE FIRST. BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOT REQUIRED.
Minor or adult. That part mattered. Exact age did not. Under 12 meant automatic removal and leadership notification.
Extremely silly blood-cell civilization. Extremely normal boundary: if children are in the room, the adults need to know children are in the room.
CODE RED — KILL THE BIT, A MINOR IS HERE
R18 material plus minors online goes into CODE RED handling. This is where the nightclub metaphor stops being cute for five seconds and the room is expected to behave accordingly. Somebody younger is present. Adjust the fucking room.
JUDGEMENT — TIMEOUT NEEDED A COURT NAME
Club mute. Practical function. Absolutely prosecutorial branding. Somebody looked at timeout and said no, this needs a gavel.
ASK FOR LEADERSHIP. APPARENTLY HURT YOUR CHANCES.
The plain conduct draft says positions are earned through contribution and time, and asking for leadership makes somebody less likely to receive it.
So yes, the role names were theatrical. You still had to do the damn work before somebody handed you the funny noun.
THE TINY GOVERNMENT FORMALLY ORDERS YOU TO TOUCH GRASS
ULCC says real life takes priority. If you need to disappear, tell leadership so absence is not mistaken for abandonment. It also tells members to spend time with family and friends and get some sunshine sometimes.
The same civilization drafting mutiny charges is formally reminding the citizens to log off. Beautiful. No notes.
WHY FOR DUMMIES EXISTS: SOMEBODY HAS TO READ THE DAMN THING
If nobody can parse clown law, clown law is useless. So Mugs files the readable cut and lets multiple Officers edit it.
That is also why we can laugh at the wig without pretending the boundary underneath it was a joke. The names are ridiculous. The children are still children. The privacy rule is still a privacy rule. BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING is still Charge 24 because apparently humanity required a numbered appendix.

On August 13, 2020, Mugen posted a 'ULCC For Dummies Edition!' working draft and stated that all Officers could edit it as needed.
The surviving ULCC 'For Dummies Edition' requires members to disclose minor/adult status; exact age is not required.
The rules define CODE RED handling for R18 material when minors are online and use Judgement as a club mute.
Members under 12 were subject to automatic removal, with major club leaders to be informed.
ULCC also formalizes topic boundaries, escalation, officer authority, earned positions, and member accountability.
