๐ JAG โ SOURCE FILE
thirteen messages. twenty-four charges. somebody please call legal.
WHAT SURVIVES
Thirteen messages from August 7 through August 13, 2020 in "๐ Backroom Deals (Officers Only) / ๐๏ฝjag". The file preserves Snow's plain conduct list, the long-form charge draft, edits made inside those Discord messages, and Mugen's later link to a simplified working draft.
WHAT THE FILE CAN DATE CLEANLY
The Discord timestamps give clean dates for the drafting sequence: opening rationale and Club Conduct on August 7; Charge 24 visible by the morning of August 8; Mugen's For Dummies working draft on August 13. Those are message dates, not guesses from exported role arrays.
WHAT STAYS UNRESOLVED
The export shows a working framework being written. It does not, by itself, tell us which exact draft wording later became final policy, whether all twenty-four charges were formally adopted, or whether anybody was literally prosecuted under every count. Those questions stay in the drawer until a dated source answers them.
WHY THIS LITTLE FILE KEEPS CAUSING PROBLEMS
Because it has unusually good dates for things the rest of UL often leaves informal: written expectations, limits on authority, anti-retaliation language, chat-record protection, and Mugen's attempt to make the whole contraption readable. It is only thirteen messages. Unfortunately they are thirteen very loud messages.
SOURCE NOTES 3
The export preserves Snow's Club Conduct list and twenty-four-charge working framework plus Mugen's August 13 ULCC For Dummies working-draft link.
The JAG export is sufficient to date the drafting messages but not to establish that every draft count became final adopted policy or was formally prosecuted.
