POSTER DUMP STARTS WITH: DON'T LOSE THIS
The first surviving Poster Dump use is already about keeping promotional material from disappearing into chat. PR begins as a workroom and a memory habit at the same time.
make it. pass it around.
Poster dump, club media, communal art, banners, production help, and eventually history looking back at its own work.
Mugen made the animated UL server icon. The surviving original already carries the kiss mark, βneighborhood-friendly mafia,β and the opening-era club identity.
Ren owns the mistake in the announcement thread, then reposts the correction herself: βHere is the poster with the right code.β
Mia posts the banner to the Wall and then notices the title says designer instead of lawyer. Mugen replies to that exact post: βSir you made the banner I -β.
Early PR is people fighting Dragon Raja image dimensions, compression, filters, upload rejection, file formats, and platform-specific sizes in public. Anthos remembers exact dimensions and posts resize guidance. Ansun makes work on mobile and relaxes when someone with Photoshop can rescue the output. Mugen tests whether the thing actually uploads. Gilli gets stuck in a snowstorm with no Wi-Fi and Ansun posts her share for her.
The room works because somebody knows a dimension, somebody has the software, somebody has the file, somebody has internet, and somebody covers the shift.
On October 20, 2021, someone asks Ansun whether they can use his work as a desktop wallpaper. Ansun says yesβwallpaper, profile picture, save it on the phoneβso long as they do not present it professionally as their own work or submit it as theirs.
That rule sits beside explicit credits elsewhere in PR: Hyaluna photo / Gilli edit, Wolf credited for expanding an image, Ren credited for quotes, artist-credit posts, and permission notes. The work circulates. The maker does not disappear.
In 2021 Ansun tells Mia that everything he has posted there was made with **Canva Free** and that she does not need Pro to do what he does. By 2022 people casually name Canva and PicsArt instead of Photoshop. By June 2023, when Sye asks how to join the doodle poster, Ansun's instructions are basically: save the latest image and use any pen tool, drawing app, or Notes.
Then Em contributes Halloween finger art through a phone photo app while explicitly saying Dragon Raja takes too much space to reinstall. The entry requirement has moved from production software to: can you put your mark on the current image?

Mugen explicitly preserves Ansun's work for posterity. The future archive is already lurking inside ordinary creative housekeeping.
The later Club Media Gallery begins its surviving run. PR now has a second room whose life eventually extends all the way into 2026.
PR's later creative process becomes openly participatory: members contribute bananas, tomatoes, Halloween creatures, hand turkeys, mascots, and tiny drawings that are folded into shared UL images.
During the Halloween collaboration, Em says they no longer have Dragon Raja installed. They still contribute themself to the communal image while Mugen keeps them inside the family frame. Belonging has visibly outrun the game client.
Old visual work is no longer only reusable media. People are reacting to it as memory. PR has crossed from production archive into nostalgia archive.
The surviving Club Media Gallery reaches reunion/history mode and ends with UL history short film in the works ahahahah. The saved media is now feeding explicit history-making.
The recovered PR material consists of an older officers-only Poster Dump beginning in December 2020 and a later Club Media Gallery beginning in October 2021 and continuing through August 2026.
Mugen used the early Poster Dump as a place to keep promotional work from being lost and later explicitly saved Ansun's work 'for posterity'.
On February 15, 2021, Ansun said Gilli was stuck in a snowstorm with no Wi-Fi and that he would upload her share of posters; on February 16 the group collaboratively troubleshot dimensions, Photoshop resizing and Dragon Raja upload behavior.
On October 20, 2021, Ansun allowed another member to use his work as wallpaper, a profile image or a saved personal copy while explicitly prohibiting professional misrepresentation or submission as the other person's work.
On October 20, 2021, Ansun said every piece he had posted in the gallery was made with Canva Free and that Pro was not required to do what he did.
The June 2023 doodle project operated through successive re-saves and reposts of the same shared image; members explicitly discussed layers, collision risk, and the danger that an outdated copy would be missing another person's doodle.
On June 7, 2023, Daya proposed using the finished doodle project as the Raja poster and Discord server banner; Mugen later posted a banner version.
On August 7, 2023, Daya asked for the final banana collaborative image so she could make it the current Raja poster.
During the October 20, 2023 Halloween collaboration, Em said Dragon Raja took too much space to reinstall; Mugen replied that Em was still part of the family even without Raja.
On May 5, 2023, when Mia asked for a UL hook/catchphrase, Mugen suggested using any dumb thing the group had said in the Wall of Shame/Fame.
On October 20, 2021, a grandiose Underlords movie/mafia concept immediately prompted members to joke that UL looked badass while actually being dumb; Ansun later called a jokier banner the more accurate representation because the others were a sham and UL was not that cool.
Weekly Planner posts recur from late 2021 into 2022 with seasonal variants and later reappear in 2024, showing logistics repeatedly being turned into themed visual artifacts.
On June 18, 2024, Mugen said seeing old UL banners gave her butterflies; on June 25, Ren recognized herself and Ansun in an old Haunted Night poster reposted by Wolf.
Han, not Mia, is the archive-confirmed UL Media Director. Mia's PR importance is an informal creative/participatory reputation and must not be converted into Han's formal title.
