The month chronicle keeps the year from turning into six milestones. These are the larger patterns the archive supports after the scenes are back in view.
The surviving QOTD and Officers Challenge corpora both begin January 7. One asks the whole house questions. One gives management homework. Nobody could simply log on and behave naturally.
Post one question. Let everybody incriminate themselves. Read everyone else's answer. Compare notes. Repeat until the server has years of opinions, habits, memories and allegations. Extremely simple machine. Catastrophic archival consequences.
QOTD Bot becomes UL Cafe Barista and starts putting the question on the counter. Staff no longer has to handcraft every daily interrogation. Automation has arrived and, naturally, it works food service.
Aeshleen says Dragon Raja is “over for me.” The replies answer the belonging question, not the retention problem.
Ren recruits for Secret Santa with three extremely revealing instructions: **no money needed**, people can DM an officer in Raja or Discord, and **you must be on Discord**. By December 2 Mugs says matching is finished for "this year's Secret Santa collab with Unlight"; gifts are supposed to land in Unlight's "#secretsanta2022" room, with Seir and Mugs handling complications. Cute little holiday exchange, except the social machine has now crossed club/server boundaries. The recovered Lobby already shows Skyefrost "(Unlight)" entering UL as a VIP in June 2021 and getting the Tour map. That does **not** prove a formal alliance or make that welcome the origin story. It does prove the December 2022 collaboration did not appear in a total social vacuum.
Mugen unexpectedly receives a rabbit from a litter that needs homes. Within minutes she says "I feel like a new parent", "I have no idea what I'm doing", and "I'm desperately youtubing how to keep it alive". Pet Cafe immediately crowdsources rabbit care. By June Mugen is chasing Bunbun with medicine and reporting "parenting is hard lol"; by November, "he owns me not the other way around". The historical beat is not Bunny Acquisition Day. It is how quickly a silly room turns into practical care infrastructure when somebody's offline life suddenly needs it.
UL stops waiting for culture to happen and starts scheduling opportunities for it.
A newcomer asks whether the Discord is one club or several. Syv answers that Underlords is the main club and that people from other clubs are here too. Cross-club contact is older than 2022; the new historical beat is self-description. The social architecture is legible enough that a member can explain it plainly to somebody walking in.
Mugs says roles are granted "primarily based on duties": Han's Media Director title is tied to promotional-video work, while Nobu and Rum are cited for overseeing birthdays and making banners. This does not give us appointment dates and does not override the current living roster. It does give us a 2022 institutional principle: specialist titles are being explained as recognition of labor already performed, not merely decorative Discord jewelry.
Daya can now explain the role-color system to a newcomer in one pass: Platelet/pink for minors, VIP purple, Staff for active adults, Officers for concerns or somebody to talk to, then the Discord Tour for the full map. The important change is not another color. It is that safety, membership and wayfinding have become teachable as one reusable onboarding system.

2022 QOTD is best read primarily as broad mutual legibility rather than shared mythology or late-era memory work.

On August 7, 2021, Ren opened a UL Kahoot spelling challenge in Announcements with `Let's see how good your spelling is`.
This is the earliest currently surfaced programmed stage in the spelling-motif chain, not proof that UL's spelling joke began on this date.
On November 19, 2021, Marian Kage posted an original screenshot to the Wall with `can we just appreciate how this was edited, yet still has a spelling error`; Eos later answered `....listen` and explained that one error had simply been left unfixed.
The exact original attachment is ID 911432561748754463, archived as `Screenshot_20211119-1747022-c2b06b5485d3744c.png`. This turns spelling failure into a Wall evidence object. It does not establish who created the underlying edited image beyond what the surrounding messages directly say.
On May 2, 2022, Ren wrote on the Wall: `We in Underlords reject modern spelling UwU`.
This is direct collective self-recognition: Ren names `Underlords` while converting bad spelling into a house posture. An original four-image attachment cluster appears nineteen seconds earlier in Ren's preceding message, but those images have not been visually inspected in this runtime and are not treated here as confirmed spelling exhibits.
On October 5, 2021, Gilli posted `P.S: Pineapple Pizza is the best Pizza` in Announcements. This is the earliest surviving explicit pineapple-pizza statement found in the currently available corpus during this motif pass.
Earliest surviving receipt found is a provenance boundary, not proof that Gilli invented the argument or that the UL `pineapple pizza war` began on this date.
On October 6, 2021, Mugen posted `RANDOM PIZZA TOPPING CHALLENGE` results for the October 8 `UL BIG PizzaParty`, told pizza-ordering participants to DM Gilli for a random topping, and listed one participant with `Pineapples`.
This places pineapple inside official UL event programming. It does not prove the later `war` already existed under that name or that the random-topping challenge itself created the motif.
On November 24, 2022, Mugen thanked UL's `Staff and Strippers and Bartenders and Bouncers and Platelets and Tumbleweed fam past and present`, calling them `the lifeblood of the club, and the heart that keeps it beating`.
In the same Thanksgiving message, Mugen thanked VIP visitors separately and wrote: `You may not be a member but we feel your love through your nightly visits`.
The same Thanksgiving message says officers were `Managing 260+ members plus visitors` and remembers the COVID-lockdown period with `When the world turned upside down, you were there, and we were together.`
`260+ members plus visitors` is Mugen's contemporary stated scale, not an independently audited roster count. The post also parenthetically says `UL wildin since April 2020`; this page does not use that phrase to move UL's established March 2020 founding chronology.
The November 24, 2022 Thanksgiving message also tells VIP customers: `Thank you for financing our pineapple pizza war`.
This is the first recovered receipt in the current motif chain where UL publicly names the pineapple-pizza argument as its own `war`. It does not establish the date the argument began.
The same November 24, 2022 Thanksgiving self-inventory lists `speling like pros` among UL's remembered habits.
This is Mugen's own retrospective language. It does not make every typo in the archive part of the motif.
By Thanksgiving 2022, UL's own public language explicitly separates formal membership from wider social belonging: past participants remain inside the family address, while VIP visitors are named as non-members whose repeated presence still counts as love and community.
This is a reading of Mugen's Thanksgiving framing, not a formal membership-policy rewrite and not evidence that every former member or visitor had identical standing.
The spelling motif crosses a clear ownership line by May 2022: a 2021 spelling challenge makes failure into programming, a November Wall screenshot makes it evidence, then Ren explicitly says `We in Underlords reject modern spelling UwU`; Mugen later files `speling like pros` inside UL's own Thanksgiving self-description.
The dated receipts establish recurrence, mutation, and collective self-recognition. They do not establish the first-ever spelling joke, a named formal `spelling crimes` program, or that every misspelling was deliberate.
The pineapple-pizza motif has crossed from a generic food opinion into UL-native house memory by Thanksgiving 2022: a 2021 pineapple-pizza stance and PizzaParty mechanic precede Mugen publicly calling it `our pineapple pizza war` / thanking VIPs for financing it.
The `war` wording is direct; the genealogy is interpretive. Do not call October 2021 the origin or infer named factions without separate receipts.
On March 1, 2023, Mugen's anniversary-month thank-you tells VIPs to keep `funding our pineapple pizza addiction`, carrying the motif into UL's own anniversary self-description.
This is a continuity callback, not proof that every 2021–2023 pizza reference belongs to one uninterrupted argument.
In that same March 1, 2023 anniversary message, Mugen thanks VIPs for staying despite UL's `blasphemous speling skills`, carrying the spelling motif into anniversary self-description.
This is a later house callback. It supports continuity after Thanksgiving 2022 but does not prove an uninterrupted argument or intentional typo in every intervening message.
On November 19, 2022, Ren announced a UL Secret Santa, said no money was needed, allowed participants to contact an officer in Raja or Discord, and stated that participants had to be on Discord.
By November 21–23, 2022, Mugen said the Secret Santa had at least eleven names signed up.
On December 2, 2022, Mugen explicitly called the event `this year's Secret Santa collab with Unlight`, said matching had been completed, directed participants to Unlight Discord's `#secretsanta2022` channel for gifts, and named Seir/Mugen as coordination contacts.
The same post contains an apparent copied `December 31st, 2021` deadline. Because the message itself is timestamped December 2, 2022, says `this year's` event, and names `#secretsanta2022`, this page does not treat the stray 2021 deadline as a reliable chronology marker.
On June 24, 2021, the recovered Lobby welcomed Skyefrost under the display label `IDIOT Skyefrost (Unlight)`; the recovered role record included VIP, and Mugen then assigned the role and sent Skyefrost to the UL Discord Tour as the server map.
This is a precursor showing cross-community presence inside UL, not proof of a formal alliance and not a proven origin point for the 2022 Secret Santa collaboration.
The 2022 Secret Santa is best read as evidence that UL's social infrastructure was beginning to operate across community boundaries: Discord access, officers, DMs, matching, and a neighboring server carried the ritual beyond a single in-game club roster.
Interpretation supported by the dated signup, collaboration, and earlier Unlight-tagged VIP receipts. It should not be upgraded into a claim of formal alliance without separate evidence.
On January 1, 2022, Syv explained Whiskey/UL to a newcomer as Underlords' main club space while noting that people from other clubs were also present.
On September 4, 2022, Mugen said UL roles were granted primarily based on duties and cited Han's promotional-video work plus Nobu and Rum overseeing birthdays and banners as examples.
This proves Mugen's historical 2022 description. It does not override the current living roster, which files Rummy as Nobu's Party Director Apprentice, and it does not establish either person's appointment date.
On November 20, 2022, Daya explained Platelet/pink as the under-18 marker, VIP as purple, Staff as active over-18 membership, and explicitly tied the minor marker to safer/inclusive language around adult themes.
Treat this as late-2022 role semantics, not a retroactive definition of every earlier `@Staff` use.
On January 1, 2022, while discussing what belonged on the Wall, Ren described it as where `shame worthfull moments of People's history` live.
This is Ren's casual participant language inside a live Wall discussion. It shows the room being described in backward-looking historical terms; it is not evidence of a formal archive program, an official Wall policy, or a dated institutional decision to make the Wall a history channel.
On February 23, 2022 at 10:28:55, Mugen posted three original Dragon Raja screenshots to the Wall in one message captioned `Our OG retired officers everybody`.
This is Mugen's contemporary label for the pictured post. It proves that by this date she publicly recognized an `OG retired officers` cohort. It does not date any individual retirement, identify everyone shown, establish a complete retired-officer roster, or license identities from reactions or export-time role arrays.
January's `People's history` language, February's `OG retired officers` post, and July's separate `new generation` / `new era` post show UL using backward-looking and generational language about itself during 2022.
This is a chronology-level juxtaposition of three separate scenes. It does not make the January Wall discussion a formal history policy, claim that Daya's July wording specifically referred to officers, turn the February and July screenshots into one defined succession, or supply appointment/retirement dates. No causal chain between the three scenes is asserted.
On May 14, 2022 at 20:06:16, Mugen publicly announced Dayadream as `our newest officer on her promotion`.
This is direct dated promotion-announcement evidence. It does not establish a broader officer cohort, succession order, or any appointment chronology beyond Daya's own announcement.
On July 6, 2022, a reposted Dragon Raja server-merge notice lists `S1-Odin Abyss & S7-Constantine` and states that the first server is the main server and the second will be merged into it. The accompanying maintenance notice dates the change window to July 7.
This establishes the game-server topology change S7 Constantine → S1 Odin Abyss. It is a Dragon Raja server merge, not a club merger, and does not date any UL membership, officer, alliance, or club-consolidation change.
On September 5, 2022, Ruch's Lobby self-introduction lists `S1-Underlords` under Clubs and `S1-Intern/Underling` under Position, independently confirming that Underlords was operating on S1 after the July server merge.
This uses the member's contemporaneous self-entered profile text, not the export-time Discord role array. It confirms the later S1 state; it does not identify the exact moment UL completed any in-game transition beyond the official server-merge notice.
Read with the already recovered 2020 topology, the game-side address affecting UL continues S10 Sumiza → S9 Ice Throne → S7 Constantine → S1 Odin Abyss by July 2022.
Cross-year topology synthesis only. Do not infer that the July 2022 server move caused Daya's July 8 `new generation` / `new era` wording, any officer transition, or any later club merger. The events are chronologically adjacent but the archive does not connect them causally.
On July 8, 2022 at 19:46:19, Daya posted an original screenshot attachment in the Wall. Eleven seconds later she wrote `the start of a new generation for UL`; eleven seconds after that she wrote `a new era`.
Exact message and attachment sequence. The attachment is ID 995158935373893753, archived as Screenshot_20220708-214938_Dragon_Raja-a08f771b72c200b4.jpg. No claim is made here about who appears in the image. The official S7 → S1 server-merge announcement is two days earlier, but the archive does not establish that Daya's language refers to that platform change.
Daya's own language marks this scene as a generational or era transition inside UL. Because Mugen had publicly announced Daya's officer promotion 55 days earlier, the wording comes from a newly promoted officer speaking contemporaneously; that gives the scene additional institutional context, but the recovered messages still do not define who comprised that generation or what organizational change, if any, produced it.
The May 14 promotion date comes from Mugen's announcement, not from export-time role arrays. Do not infer that Daya's July wording names an officer transition, identifies the people in the screenshot, establishes any broader appointment sequence, or describes the July 6–7 Dragon Raja server merge.
On August 23, 2022 at 18:44:06, Mugen announced to Staff: `SAY HI TO OUR NEW @Underlords Party Director @Xuseio`. Existing UL canon identifies Xuseio as Nobu.
This dates Xuseio/Nobu's appointment announcement. The source message has no attachment. It does not establish that the Party Director office itself was first created on this date, and Party Director is Staff, not an Officer appointment.
By August 2022, UL's event and social labor had specialized enough to be publicly named as a dedicated Party Director function.

On October 24, 2022, after Aeshleen said Dragon Raja was `over for me`, Gilli replied `you're still an Underlord`, Ren wrote `forever family`, and Mugen wrote that Aeshleen would `always be part of the UL fam`.
These are social-belonging statements in that scene, not a formal roster policy or a claim that every departure was handled identically.
By late 2022, UL's social identity could be stated explicitly as surviving an individual's exit from Dragon Raja: game participation and Underlord belonging were no longer treated as the same thing in this exchange.
On March 18, 2022, Mugen unexpectedly received a rabbit and Pet Cafe immediately became a crowdsourced care thread while she researched how to keep the rabbit alive.
