The schedule is real coordination. Yakuza, Clash of Swords, Dragon Luring: Staff genuinely needs to know when things are happening.
Mugen carries Zoshaa's phrase onto that schedule as "Boiled Mayo Corp." Gilli answers "Y U M" four minutes later. The joke is not sitting beside the operational work. It is wearing a tie and sponsoring it.
July 17 is the earliest surviving receipt currently surfaced here. It is not the date Zoshaa coined Boiled Mayo.

This is the important escape. Nobody needs the event schedule anymore. Pride can simply say boiled mayo, and Ren's contribution is not what? but an immediate sensory escalation: It be thick cream.
The corporate wrapper has fallen off. The disgusting noun remains socially legible.

Zoshaa takes her own cursed food noun and domesticates it. Refreshing, share, my orb, tiny uwu: every word sounds like care until you remember the proposed beverage is boiled mayonnaise.
Ten minutes later Spicy Hotpot enters asking Gilli, "so what's this I heard about boiled mayo?" That little heard about is the promotion. The joke can now arrive before its explanation. Somebody has transmitted the lore.
Nobody is being accused of literally drinking mayonnaise. Spicy asking Gilli makes Gilli a visible carrier/contact in this scene, not the inventor.

A one-line gag would have died with the schedule. Boiled Mayo survives because people keep changing its job. Mugen turns it into a company. Pride and Ren strip it back to an ordinary noun. Zoshaa pours it into fake-care language. Spicy Hotpot arrives asking for the story. By then the phrase no longer needs the original sentence to travel.
