The earliest clean same-session coinage currently surfaced happens during Two Truths, One Lie. Panda disappears; Rich reaches for old pervy sage. Panda returns to object to the part he apparently considers defamatory: I AIN'T OLD. Ren notices the useful discovery — calling him old can summon him — and Rich keeps the label.
The important thing is what happens next. The phrase does not stay attached to Panda.

Rich is replying to two Eos posts, then posts a Jiraiya Sage Mode GIF. The transfer is archive-confirmed. What the two Eos images actually show is not: mhmhm-c0b63a1954a54182.png and ehe-df61f0994291dad5.png were posted by Eos, but they remain visually uninspected. No fanfiction will be performed on behalf of two unopened PNGs.

Later Cookie answers the same banter with same mind think alike. That is the stage that clears the recurring-language bar: another speaker is independently using Pervy Sage, and Rich recognizes the frame immediately. This is no longer one Panda nickname being dragged around by one guy. It has become portable house accusation vocabulary.
Panda-directed coinage → Rich/Jiraiya transfer → Eos charge sheet → Cookie can say the noun and Rich already has the file open.

Rich repeatedly applies it to Eos one week later and explicitly supplies Jiraiya imagery.
Cookie independently uses Pervy sage on May 12 and Rich immediately recognizes it.
Cookie's May 12 message has no direct mention or stored reply target. Whoever or whatever needed shaving remains unresolved.
