Ten's strongest recovered material starts in 2020, but the Wall eventually hands him one perfect little return scene too.
The earliest recovered Lobby scene already has the whole operating system in miniature: Ten opens with "*barks*", Gilli answers "HI BB" and handles the role-assignment machinery, then Mugs answers "Woof". Two weeks later Gilli throws him "owO" and gets "owo;" back. The important distinction is that Gilli talks like this all over the house; Ten's thing is how quickly he catches whatever language is already in the air and sends it back.
The Wall catches one even better reflex. On August 27 Ten realizes, apparently not for the first time, that these clowns are actually keeping the receipts: "i keep forgetting y'all record these". Thirty-five seconds later he has already bargained the embarrassment into something useful: "at least i'll leave some kind of legacy i guess". The little "at least" and "i guess" puncture the grandeur before anybody else can. Ten is making fun of himself and granting the screenshot posterity in the same breath.
Two weeks later the metaphor survives. Caught again, he upgrades it to "i'm leaving a legacy here too apparently. i only hope my heir lives up to this." Mugen and Anthos both "Hehe" the performance. Nobody is founding a dynasty. Ten's recurring solution to being archived is apparently to forget the archive exists until it catches him, then call the evidence a historical record and hope his imaginary successor can maintain standards.
That contradiction makes the later nonsense fit better. He can be absent-minded about the recording machinery while oddly attentive to what being recorded means for reputation and memory. Once the screenshot exists, defense gives way to mythology. Then he is asking to be Anthos's apprentice because "head empty", accepting Rooks's adoption offer, acquiring a hammer on conversational notice, and returning Mugs's kiss command in kind.
April 2021 gives the delayed punchline: Ten posts once, Janghoon immediately asks whether everybody just "portal"ed back to 2020, calls him "an oldie", and says "welcome back". Ten's entire answer is "😭". Nobody needs to explain the reunion because recognition has already done it for them.
That is the useful Ten pattern: not a résumé, but response time — his own and everybody else's. He catches the room's language quickly, gets caught by its memory repeatedly, and when the archive surprises him, he turns the surprise into one more thing worth remembering.
