Cele is a permanent Platelet, Woosung's real-life cousin, and one of those people whose keyboard tends to show the impact before she has finished deciding how dignified the impact ought to look.
That distinction matters because the obvious version of Cele is easy to write and much too small: girl gets exposed, girl screams, screaming cat returns to active duty.
Yes, absolutely. Screenshot Court has put her through enough procedural violence that "GOODBYE", "UR DONE", spelling collapse, keyboard smash, and distressed-cat vocabulary should probably be considered standard issue.
But the same damaged text can carry affection. It can carry confusion. It can carry recognition. And, from Woosung's side, the person behind all that noise can also be the cousin who is reliable and still refuses to make independence optional.
The cat is not the woman. It is one instrument in the orchestra.
"FPRST FREN IN RAJAAAAA"
Dean says in February 2023 that Cele was his first friend. Cele comes back the next month, tags Dean, and independently calls him her:
"FPRST FREN IN RAJAAAAA"
There we go.
Whatever exact calendar precision "first friend" is carrying, both of them still reach for that category years later. The memory is reciprocal enough to matter without pretending somebody saved the first handshake.
And Cele's wording is perfect because sincerity does not suddenly make her grammatically immaculate. "FPRST" survives. "RAJAAAAA" drags the vowel into another county.
That is the first major correction to Screaming Cat Cele: high-intensity feeling itself seems to travel through the text, not only embarrassment. Old-friend recognition can damage the keyboard just fine without prosecution assistance.
Apparently Whiskey also takes homework tickets.
Cele's ordinary life does not enter the room politely.
April 2021, an image lands in Whiskey under:
"skskfksjfj whAts solution :BOP2:"
No polished setup. The keyboard noise arrives first, then the actual request, because apparently the class problem has already become everybody's business now.
Forty-one seconds later, Souta / Ansun posts a "Find-Molarity-Step-5" guide. A few minutes after that, he posts the same guide again.
Cele is visibly stuck; Souta reaches for something usable. She is willing to let the room see the confusion before she has turned it into a competent-looking little question. UL is not only somewhere to perform a joke or get dragged onto the Wall. It is close enough to the day that a class problem can fall through the ceiling and somebody may actually answer it.
No tutoring department required.
WOO FINALLY GIVES THE COUSIN RELATIONSHIP A VERB
Woosung is Cele's real-life cousin. That has been hard canon for a while.
The problem was that cousin is relationship metadata. It tells you how two people are connected; it does not tell you what being around the other person feels like.
WOO finally supplies a little motion. In her 2023 QOTD care material, she describes Cele as reliable and as somebody who pushes her toward doing things independently.
That second part is the better sentence.
Cele's support, at least as WOO experiences it, is not described as swooping in and doing everything on her behalf. Reliability can coexist with a push toward her own footing. There is care in being there; there is also care in refusing to make yourself somebody else's permanent training wheels.
It fits WOO's own larger contradiction unusually well. WOO is often the person starting conversations, carrying them, comforting people, bringing food, doing the initiating. She values somebody else reaching out enough to say that being met halfway reminds her she does not have to do everything alone. Cele's support is not a duplicate of that need. It is another mechanism entirely: I am dependable, and I am still going to push you to do the thing yourself.
That does not turn Cele into a life coach. It does not mean every cousin interaction works this way. It does not tell us who teased whom at Thanksgiving, who calls first, or which one steals the charger.
It does, finally, make the cousin relationship do something on the page.
The Wall is an unsafe workplace
Cele is much more composed when she owns the angle.
Ren once reduces some existing Cele reputation into backwards Marie Kondo:
Dead animal: this sparks joy
Live animal: this does not spark joy
Thirteen seconds later Cele answers with one smug emote.
No denial. No context memo. No attempt to explain the joke back to people who already know why it lands. Ren hands her an entire grotesque character premise and Cele basically sits there looking pleased with the charge.
Then compare that with the second Cele becomes the exhibit without choosing the angle.
January 2022, Rummy posts a Cele-tagged filing. Cele reaches immediately for legal counsel:
"okAy nO cuz out of context"
Rummy's response is catastrophic: yes, it is bad out of context, but apparently context is not making it better.
The objection fails and becomes a better receipt than the original defense.
By September, Cele has developed a complete emergency sequence:
"GOODBYE"
"UR DONE"
"RLY BE EXPOSNING M LIKE THAT"
then screaming cat.
The verbs keep changing jobs. "GOODBYE" is reputational death. "UR DONE" is retaliation. The third line tries to identify the offense while the spelling is already fleeing the jurisdiction. Then the cat clocks in because language has exceeded capacity.
And less than a minute later, Cele is laughing too.
That short distance between I will kill the prosecution and fine, this is funny is the character beat. She does not preserve dignity at all costs. Once the room has her, the collapse itself can become part of the thing everybody is laughing at — Cele included.
Rich gets a similar result in March 2023. He posts an image mentioning her. Cele's direct reply is:
"AKAKCKWFKWJ"
Then more textual wreckage. Then three "Cute_catAHHHH" emotes.
Whatever rebuttal may once have existed has been replaced by shrapnel.
So Cele is not deadpan, and she is not simply easy to embarrass. Her dignity budget depends heavily on whether she got to choose the angle. Give her a ridiculous version of herself she recognizes and she may answer with one smug emote. Catch her first and the municipal siren starts.
THE JUDGE IS ALSO YELLING
The funniest complication is that Cele can turn around and become everybody else's tiny accountability problem without becoming one molecule more composed herself.
Gilli does not even wait for a Cele ruling in October 2022. She posts an exhibit and, eleven seconds later, announces:
"Cue Cel judging right away LMAO"
That line lands before Cele has to say anything. The reputation has arrived ahead of the woman.
A few months later Moon is sitting on 285 red dots. Cele sees it and immediately asks what the hell is happening, then tells her she should check them. Moon's answer is pure counteroffensive:
"285 is just a number uwu"
and then, instead of obeying, she volunteers Cele for expanded jurisdiction:
"Cel go lecture rum,rv and uncle Rice uwu"
The joke works because Moon recognizes the nag and feels comfortable enough to redirect it. Cele is not being treated like some solemn authority nobody can talk back to. She is the friend currently objecting to the UI disaster, so naturally Moon appoints her to go bother the worse offenders.
The next day Rich produces an even more offensive red-dot situation and Cele's response eventually reaches:
"CHECK THE REDT DOT"
This is the same woman whose own public embarrassment can reduce language to "AKAKCKWFKWJ". Apparently concern for somebody else's unread notifications does not restore spellcheck. It just gives the keysmash a task.
That is what makes the little judging reputation Cele-shaped instead of generic bossiness: she can care about order while presenting the concern in total disorder. The practical instinct is real. The delivery is still a small electrical fire.
Somebody hands her nonsense. She checks the logistics.
March 2023, Mugen says:
"Left to get milk, gone 2 years"
Cele true-replies with the obvious operational question:
"Did u at least buy the milk tho"
Nine seconds later:
"It probably cheese by now"
Mugen comes straight back with the "chonky" milk escalation because she understands exactly what Cele is doing. Cele does not merely laugh at the fake problem. She briefly treats the fake problem as though it deserves a practical answer. The missing person has returned; fine, but what happened to the dairy inventory?
Sometimes the easiest way for Cele to make nonsense worse is to ask the question a sensible person would ask if the nonsense were real.
The keyboard is a volume meter, not a diagnosis
Put the scenes beside each other:
Warm memory:
"FPRST FREN IN RAJAAAAA"
Practical confusion:
"skskfksjfj whAts solution"
Public exposure:
"GOODBYE"
"UR DONE"
"RLY BE EXPOSNING M LIKE THAT"
Unexpected receipt:
"AKAKCKWFKWJ"
Someone else's notification crime:
"CHECK THE REDT DOT"
The typography does not tell us one emotion. It tells us something hit with enough force that editorial review has left the building.
That is why the recurring screaming cats matter without becoming the whole biography. Cele has a recognizable emergency language, but the language belongs to a person who can also remember people loudly, ask for help before she looks composed, nag somebody toward clearing 285 notifications, take a room joke and solve its fake logistics, and apparently push her cousin toward more independence.
Petty Crimes
First Friend, Spelling Casualty: Dean survives in memory. The keyboard does not.
Whiskey Homework Hotline: "skskfksjfj whAts solution" and a molarity guide appears forty-one seconds later. Office hours are now a room condition.
Cousin Support, No Helicopter Service: according to WOO, Cele is reliable and still pushes her toward doing things independently. Customer support may require customer participation.
Morbid Marie Kondo Cele: Ren can invoke the bit and receive one smug emote instead of a denial.
Context Counsel: "okAy nO cuz out of context", immediately followed by Rummy explaining that context has failed to improve the case.
Screaming Cat Emergency Broadcast System: the reaction image recurs enough to become Cele-shaped punctuation. Do not make the cat the woman.
Red-Dot Court: 285 is apparently not “just a number uwu,” no matter what Moon says. Cele will object, and the objection may itself contain four typos.
Dairy Logistics Department: person gone two years? Fine. Did they at least buy the milk, and has it become cheese?
Evidence Creates More Evidence: Cele reacts to being caught; the reaction itself can become the next exhibit. Screenshot Jail has discovered renewable energy.
What changes over time
Cele's earlier visible archive is disproportionately good at catching impact: Wall filing, objection, scream, reaction, participation.
The later material makes that much less one-note.
Dean shows the same expressive register carrying old friendship memory. The chemistry scene shows her putting an unfinished practical problem in front of the room and letting somebody else help. Gilli and Moon show that other people already recognize Cele's tendency to notice and nag at a small problem before she has said a word about it. Woosung gives the real-life cousin relation an actual verb: dependable, but not coddling.
So the person is no longer "Cele reacts loudly".
Cele can remember loudly, need something loudly, get caught loudly, correct somebody loudly, and apparently care in a way that may ask the other person to stand on their own feet too.
That is a much better biography problem.
The next useful material is not Screaming Cat #48. It is the ordinary life around the siren: work/school beyond one chemistry fragment, tastes, later adulthood, direct cousin scenes, care toward and from Cele, meaningful disagreement, repair, and what people say about her when the Wall is closed for maintenance.
