VIP MEANS VISITOR, NOT IMPORTANT UL MEMBER
The defining fact is that the person is not UL. VIP grants limited guest access; it does not upgrade an UL member, create Officer authority, or prove prestige. Other-club leaders are common examples because neighboring clubs kept walking through the door.

AGE IS A SEPARATE SAFETY LAYER
VIP is not inherently an adult category. A minor visitor could also be Platelet under the age-safety system; visitors under twelve were not allowed to remain. Keep membership boundary and safety boundary separate.
