# Lena
Lena has a very specific domestic superpower: she notices the tiny thing, decides everybody else now has to notice it too, and supplies the verdict before the room has time to object.
A creature is sitting on its own feet? Souta and Ren need an emergency bulletin. Something small survives the rain? Congratulations, it is now her "moss friend". Apartment hunting presents a catastrophically edited cat? Housing search temporarily suspended; somebody has committed a visual crime. Tinder presents a man doing what Lena considers the fuckboy pose? Sentencing begins immediately.
The useful contradiction is that all this certainty does not trap her into pretending she always has the answer. Lena can be viciously decisive about somebody else's cringe and, six days later, hand Whiskey a social screenshot with "How the hell do respond to this". She lets the room see both versions: the instant verdict and the unfinished thought.
SHE GETS TO DISCORD ALREADY CLAIMING UNDERLORDS
On February 16, 2021, the Lobby Bouncer catches her at the door and asks the usual intake questions. The stable account that later appears as Lena answers with "Aelena /underlords/" in the relevant IGN/club slots. Anthos confirms the roles and points her toward Discord Tour.
That gives the identity bridge cleanly: Aelena is Lena's scene-level game name/self-presentation here. It also changes the doorway's meaning. This is not Lena discovering UL at the Discord door. She is already naming Underlords as her club when she walks in; Discord is orientation into the server, not the beginning of the social affiliation. How she joined before that remains somewhere offstage.
The next surviving layer fits somebody already comfortable enough to use Whiskey like a kitchen table covered in screenshots: nails, tiny creatures, apartment listings, whatever visual detail has become today's matter of state.
THE TINY THING HAS BECOME EVERYONE'S BUSINESS
Across late March and early April, Lena repeatedly captions image-bearing posts with "baby" language: good mornings, snugness, requests that somebody tell the baby he is handsome, an impending fall, then the constitutional crisis of him apparently sitting on his own feet.
The last one gets the full alarm:
"@ι’―ε€ͺ @RΞ£N HES SITTING ON HIS FEET"
The all-caps is doing half the biography. This is not a generic feed post tossed into the room. Lena has selected Souta and Ren as witnesses because, in her judgment, they will understand why this microscopic development is breaking news. Ren returns a cat reaction barely more than a minute later, apparently accepting the emergency classification without demanding a briefing packet.
Whatever is in those pictures, the captions alone do not tell us species, ownership, or whether every "baby" is one immortal recurring creature. The social behavior does not need that solved. Lena sees something small and ridiculous; specific people get summoned to appreciate it correctly.
Baby Lyssa gets a quieter version of the same treatment. Lena directly tags her in image-bearing posts in March and again in April. There is not enough connective conversation to turn that into a grand relationship label. What survives is simpler and better: Baby Lyssa is somebody Lena thinks of when she has something visual to show. Six weeks apart, the reflex repeats.
SHE'LL GIVE YOU THE VERDICT. OR ASK FOR ONE.
March catches both ends of Lena's social confidence within six days.
On the thirteenth, a Tinder screenshot arrives with an opinion already attached: "Look at this dumb mf on tinder heβs literally doing the fuck boy pose". There is no deliberation. Lena has seen the posture, opened court, and reached judgment.
On the nineteenth, another screenshot arrives with the opposite energy: "How the hell do respond to this".
That little reversal is much more useful than pretending Lena is simply blunt. She is comfortable being the person with the read, but she is also comfortable admitting when she does not have one. Whiskey gets access before the answer is polished. The room is not only an audience for her observations; it is somewhere she can put an unresolved social moment on the table and ask everybody else to help look at it.
Human cringe therefore gets prosecution. Cute things get baby voice. Confusing humans get outsourced to committee.
NAILS HAVE SPECIFICATIONS
March 5 catches another version of the same eye for detail. Lena does not stop at *I like these*. She compares length β "Maybe a little shorter than these" β then reaches back to a previous manicure as reference material: "these were my actual nails".
Color, design, and who made them stay unknown. Lena's wording is enough. She has a mental specification sheet. The preference is precise; the delivery is casual.
That combination suits her. She can care about presentation without turning the care into a manifesto. The detail simply enters conversation as if everybody obviously keeps historical manicure references on standby.
APARTMENT SEARCH: INTERRUPTED BY CAT CRIME
March 24 gives possibly the cleanest collision between ordinary life and Lena-brain.
She is looking at apartments β practical adult task, normal day, presumably trying to evaluate housing β and then the listing contains a cat image that offends her so deeply she reports:
"they photoshopped this poor cat's face so bad"
The apartment search has now become a quality-control hearing on behalf of the cat. A couple of minutes later Gilli throws a creepy-cat GIF into the room, a likely continuation of the same visual offense. Lena has successfully converted housing research into communal cat litigation.
That is the contradiction in miniature. Lena is soft toward the subject and hostile toward the presentation because she noticed the subject closely. The tenderness is not separate from the roast. Bad visual treatment of a small innocent thing is apparently enough to derail the agenda.
THE MOSS FRIEND
The day before, she had posted another tiny specimen with:
"My little moss friend after the rain π"
Whatever the subject actually was remains unresolved. The phrase matters anyway. Something small, damp, and interesting gets noticed after the rain and immediately promoted to friend.
That is Lena's surviving Whiskey texture in one sentence: the world keeps producing little things worth looking at, and she keeps refusing to let them remain anonymous background scenery.
PETTY CRIMES
Has apparently never met a cute subject she could not call baby, with absolutely no permission to collapse them into one unified Baby Cinematic Universe just because that would be funny.
Can identify a fuckboy pose at prosecutorial speed, but will absolutely outsource a confusing reply to Whiskey when the answer is not obvious. Confidence has jurisdictional limits.
Treats nail length like a parameter rather than a vague mood. Prior manicure reference available on request.
Can go apartment hunting and get distracted by somebody else's bad cat Photoshop. The cat did not ask for an advocate. It got one.
Found something after the rain and called it "my little moss friend". Species pending. Friendship already processed.
Has at least two documented instincts for image-sharing: broadcast the tiny thing or choose the exact people who need to see the tiny thing right now. Either way, the tiny thing is no longer private.
