HyaLuna belongs to the definitive founding five: Mugen founded Underlords, and HyaLuna was one of the four Altissa friends who came with her, alongside Ritha, WolfPhenix, and Suzimasu.
Her later Officer history places her in the Underboss / Deputy lane. She is now represented as a retired full Officer; Founder remains origin history rather than a current command rank.
BEFORE THE DEPUTY LABEL, MUGEN IS ALREADY TALKING THE MERGER THROUGH WITH HER
On April 11, 2020, Mugen brings the ScarletMoon offer into Bosses Office and tells the wider leadership:
"HyaLuna and I have discussed this last night"
Then she asks the rest of leadership to weigh the pros and cons before a decision.
The order matters. Discussed comes before present. The receipt does not turn HyaLuna into the person deciding for everybody; Mugen explicitly opens the question wider. It does show that before the proposal becomes leadership business, HyaLuna has already been inside the thought process.
TWO LOCKED DOORS, TWO DIFFERENT JOBS
The April Safe House archive gives HyaLuna two kinds of private space, but they do not share the same origin story.
"🍆ulxxx" was the tiny private discussion chamber for Mugen, Snow, and HyaLuna, with Gilli added later. It sits on the highest-clearance side of early UL and belongs to the inner group's private discussions. HyaLuna did not request this room, and its access history is not a rank ladder.
The room Luna actually requested was "🍑lunas-house-of-kitties".
Its scene-locally resolved Luna account opens with:
"this is mine"
A few days later Snow gives that room a Luna-controlled keycode, calls it a "good chill out area", gives it its own music-bot setup, and the room knows the bot as Peaches.
One locked door is the inner discussion chamber. The other is Luna's requested personal hangout with an owner key and a music bot. Early UL did not separate governance from friendship cleanly enough to make HyaLuna choose one kind of room.
IDENTITY LOCK
There are multiple Luna-shaped identities in the broader archive. This file is for the original HyaLuna only.
The early Safe House intake can resolve particular Luna scenes from direct address and room context. It cannot turn the pooled "Deleted User" export into HyaLuna everywhere else.
Name resemblance is not identity evidence. Local scene resolution is not a global account bridge.
CHARACTER TAG
HyaLuna is one of the three people carrying the public Mugen's Concubines tag, alongside Yumi and Nuien.
FILE STATUS
The role file was already locked. The early-room archive adds the person around it: Mugen thinking a merger through with her, the tiny discussion chamber shared by the inner group, and the personal House of Kitties Luna actually asked for, whose first surviving territorial claim is simply "this is mine".
The original Luna still has gaps. They stay gaps instead of becoming Candy.
