SHE IS ALREADY IN UNDERLORDS, PLEASE UPDATE THE PAPERWORK
August 13, 2020. Illien is welcoming a Discord account the room has not yet lined up with its Dragon Raja identity, and the server has already become elaborate enough that the person giving the tour recruits help:
"@Sou @Anthos would you guys help me with the tour? I still get a bit lost here LMAO XD"
That sentence is doing two jobs at once. It is hospitable — Illien is making sure Allenne gets shown around — and it quietly admits UL has built enough little rooms to defeat its own concierge.
Anthos starts sorting the role path and asks whether Allenne is Underlords or another club. Allenne clears the important chronology herself:
"Oh, Yess!! I'm in Underlords"
"My ign is Allenne"
Anthos answers "omg allenne" nine seconds later.
The tiny delay is the whole scene. Nobody has discovered a brand-new UL member; the Discord handle has finally been translated into a person the room can place. We do not get to promote the "omg" into a prior-friendship thesis, but we also do not need to. Recognition lands as soon as the IGN does.
THE HOUSE MAKES THE NAME LEGIBLE, THEN KEEPS TOURING
Anthos explains where event reminders and game updates live. Illien tells Allenne "it will be easier for people to recognize you now 😄". Anayss drops a "welcome!!!!". Gabu follows with another welcome. The assigned Whiskey continuation has Anthos and Ansun/Sou handling the general-floor and Game Room side of the tour.
The exact server-side adjustment behind Illien's recognizability line is still unresolved, so the page does not invent a rename command or moderation action. What the room itself says is enough: the Discord-facing identity has been made easier to match to Allenne, and now everybody can get on with showing her where the house keeps its nonsense.
That makes August 13 useful precisely because it is not a join date. Allenne is already UL. This is the surviving moment Discord catches up.
